The service from the company was first class. Packed on time and tracking provided, only to be let down by 1 days of messing about by royal mail. 6 different messages over 2 days saying the item was received by their sorting office at different times before finally being delivered 2 days after the stated time. I am aware this was not your fault but it still made the process worse for me.
