Returns to be made within 14 days, returned in the same condition received. Buyer to pay return postage costs.
We will exchange it or offer a refund to the original payment method, minus original shipping costs, within 2 working days, once item's have been received.

All items and preloved prams come with a six month warranty.
All brand new prams come with a two year warranty, unless otherwise stated.
Warranty covers any defects under normal use during the warranty period.
During the warranty period, BuggyLicious will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective under normal use and maintenance. Replacement parts may be refurbished or new.
Warranty does not cover any problem caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in materials.
Wear, tear and fabric fading are excluded.
To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

If you are local to Southampton or are able to post your pram please contact us with as much infomation as you can provide about your pushchair as well as photogrpahs and we will get back to you as soon as someone is available.
Cancellations can be made up to 7days before booking, to receive a refund of your deposit. If you want to cancel after this time, then your deposit will be retained, and non refundable. You can reschedule your appointment up to 48hours before booking. In the event of your appointment being missed, you will have 24hours to contact us to reschedule your booking. After this time, your deposit will be retained and non refundable. In the event that we have to cancel your booking, you will be offered a full refund or a chance to reschedule, whichever, you would prefer.

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
