What warranty do you offer?


All items and preloved prams come with a six month warranty. All brand new prams come with a two year warranty, unless otherwise stated. Warranty covers any defects under normal use during the warranty period.

During the warranty period, BuggyLicious will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective under normal use and maintenance. Replacement parts may be refurbished or new.

Warranty does not cover any problem caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in materials.

Wear, tear and fabric fading are excluded.

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.




What is your returns policy?


Returns to be made within 14 days, returned in the same condition received. Buyer to pay return postage costs.
We will exchange it or offer a refund to the original payment method, minus original shipping costs, within 2 working days, once item's have been received.

What is preloved?


A preloved item is not new and has been owned and used before.




How are your preloved items processed?


All of the preloved items are inspected thoroughly to check for any defects. They are then deep cleaned, serviced and polished, where necessary. Fabrics are washed in a non-bio liquid to help protect sensitive skin.




Do you buy secondhand prams/pushchairs?


Currently unavailable, due to currently running reduced hours. Although, please message me just in case this has changed. The products we mainly buy are:

  • Baby Jogger City Minis/GT's singles and doubles
  • Baby Jogger City Selects
If you are local to Southampton or are able to post your pram please contact us with as much infomation as you can provide about your pushchair as well as photogrpahs and we will get back to you as soon as someone is available.




What payment methods do you accept?


  • All major debit and credit cards
  • Paypal including paypal credit
  • Laybuy
  • Cash on collection

What is your in house payment plan?


If you are unable to get credit via paypal credit but would like to pay over a weekly or monthly period then this could be your answer as we don't do any credit checks. Payment plan details: £50 deposit is non refundable. Then the rest is a pre-set amount over a weekly or monthly time frame. If you cancel your plan more than half way through, then 1 weeks payment will be kept for storage and administration fees. Plus the deposit, as non refundable. Once deposit and 1st weeks payment has been paid, the payment plan can not be moved to a different pram. If a payment is more than a week late then payment plans will be cancelled and monies refunded minus the deposit and 1st weeks payment, if applicable. Please contact me beforehand if payments can not be made. All refunds will be issued within 10 working days. Your item will be dispatched within two working days after final payment has been paid. Payment plans can be spread over a maximum of 18 weeks (if over £200). If spread over 10 weeks or less, no extra fees will be applied. If you wish to spread the cost over 11 weeks to 18 weeks then £5 per week will be charged for storage fees. A payment schedule will be agreed by both parties before first payment made. Do you ship outside of the UK?


Yes we also ship to Europe. If you are outside of Europe, we may also be able to help. Please contact us, letting us know which item you are interested in and your location and we will get back to you with a shipping price.

A análise de cores só pode ser realizada presencialmente. Precisamos de um ambiente adequado e material específico para a fidedignidade do resultado.

Aonde fica o estabelecimento?


Os atendimentos são realizados no cowork Varanda Colaborativa no centro da cidade de Itajai, mediante agendamento prévio. Também pode ser realizado na residência da cliente.




Faz análise de cores em grupo?


Sim, grupo de até 5 pessoas.




A cartela de cores pode mudar?


A sua cartela de cores não muda ao longos dos anos, se realizado corretamente o teste.




Também será visto cores de cabelo?


Existe sim essa possibilidade, porém é um serviço a mais que pode ser contratado junto com a análise de cores.




Como é realizado o teste?


Iniciamos com a passagem dos tecidos próximo ao rosto da cliente e vamos avaliando juntas os efeitos em sua face. Após definirmos a cartela de cores, eu faço a explicação de como usar a sua cartela e também o uso do círculo cromático para você compor suas produções coloridas.




O que vou receber no atendimento?


Você receberá a sua cartela de cores física, o circulo cromático e um dossiê em arquivo PDF com informações complementares ao seu atendimento.

A coloração pessoal te ajuda a fazer as escolhas certas nas cores da sua make, roupas e acessórios. Dessa forma você fará escolhas assertivas, que valorizem sua beleza e terá um armário funcional onde tudo harmoniza entre si.
