Brand new foam fitted.
Slight rusting to the pole between the two legs.
Both legs don't have cracks in them but do have some scuffing. 
The plastic measurement which attaches to the seat is 93mm long. So please check the age of your frame before buying
Version 1 is from 2011 and 2014 (93mm long) where the Version 2 was brought out in 2015 (108mm long).
Both the V1 and V2 seat frames will fit any donkey chassis. However there is a visible difference of 15mm between the two different frames. If you don't want to see this difference then you will have to make sure you buy the correct one to match.
